Ta có:\(24=2^3.3\)

\(108=2^2.3^3\)

\(\Rightarrow UCLN\left(24;108\right)=2^2.3=12\)

\(\RightarrowƯC\left(24;108\right)=Ư\left(12\right)=\left\{1;2;3;4;6;12\right\}\)Mà a là số lớn nhất

\(\Rightarrow a=12\)

Lúc đó mỗi tổ có:

\(24:12=2\)(bác sĩ)

\(108:12=9\)(y tá)

Vậy có thể chia nhiều nhất là 2 bác sĩ và 9 y tá vào mỗi tổ
