My favorite sport is soccer. Football is an Olympic sport in which two teams are separated by a white line with a circle in the middle called a half-court and a circle, when you score a goal, the next team puts the ball in that circle. Each team usually has 11 main players and many substitutes, has 1 goalkeeper to keep the goal, the remaining players must try to score by kicking the ball on the opponent's field according to the law. In Vietnam today, football is a sport that is loved and participated the most by the number of people. Football players are very diverse from teenagers, middle aged. So, what is the benefit of playing football every day and attracting so many people? Playing soccer every day is a form of exercise that brings you good health. In addition, football training also helps the body get a balanced body because this sport must be active, continuously and at high speed. - Daily soccer practice will train your legs to be agile. When playing soccer, you must locate the person holding the ball on the opponent's side and hurry up to get the ball, pass the ball to your side player or dribble and shoot and goal. This also helps your mind to flexibly judge the situation.- With football, players have to move and work continuously, so it will help you get physical strength, but you are very susceptible to injury.Most soccer players will have strong, nimble feet and will definitely not get fat if they practice regularly.- Another important thing that football gives the practitioner is solidarity. Football will help you to have more relationships because in order to achieve high results with this sport, there is a team spirit and high discipline from the members.Finally, football is a form of entertainment and health training chosen by many people. Therefore, I really like to play soccer, when I have free time I often invite my friends to play soccer, I also play with relatives because everyone in my family likes. I want to become a professional soccer player.

Aerobics is my favorite sport. I usually do aerobics exercises after school in the afternoon to release stress. Most of the time I practice with my friends, sometimes I practice myself alone at home. It has some certain advantages that no one can deny. First of all, it improves all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength and cardio-vascular fitness). Secondly, of course it promotes our health. Every time I complete one exercise, though I feel very tired but I can feel how much I am strong. Besides, doing aerobics helps me to avoid depression and release stress because I practice it with my friends, which is a happy moment. As you know, all types of exercises promote not only our physical but also mental health. Study results show that doing exercise regularly is good for our brain and memory. People who are successful always spend an amount of time to work out although they have lots of other things to be done. In conclusion, aerobics is an exciting sports which bring about many benefits.
