My family and I live in a small house beside the Huong River. My house is small but very comfortable. My room overlooks the river, so it’s very cool in the summer.

My school is the most beautiful and famous of all in Hue. I don't live far from it, so it takes me only 15 minutes to ride there.

Tôi sống ở Huế, một thành phố xinh đẹp ở miền Trung Việt Nam. Thị trấn nhỏ của chúng tôi và vẫn còn nghèo nàn, nhưng nó có đủ cơ sở vật chất như trường học, bệnh viện, siêu thị, rạp chiếu phim, khách sạn, nhà hàng, sân vận động, bể bơi . Dear Jake,
How are you today?

Now I’m writing to tell you about my new neighbours that have moved recently to next door house. In the very first day, I met two sisters aged about 17 and 21. They looked very cheerful and funny. After having a small talk, they invited me for a dinner. I made an apple pie and took it to them. There I met their mother who is a teacher in the kindergarten and their father who is a web designer. We spent a very good time, girls were singing and mother accompanied them on piano. I enjoyed it very much.
But still I really miss my previous neighbours - Rodriguez family. It was a big family with lots of kids, They have been living here for almost 20 years and had to move to a bigger house. They always invited me to family parties, holidays and barbeque, because of this I felt as a member of their family and also was pleased their kind behaviour to me. I will miss them extremely.
Anyway, I’m glad that The Rodriguez now live in a big bright house and my new neighbours are such interesting and cheerful.

Mom is the best for me. Whenever I was sick or had a high fever, my mother was always the one staying up late, devoted to taking care of me. When I did something wrong, she didn't blame me or hit me, but she just told me to learn from it for the next time, I'm really very grateful and proud of her. Although my mother often has to come home late due to work, whenever she has free time, she always spends time playing with me. Hi! My name is Ana and I’m 14 years old. My favourite subjects are Sciences and Languages. My free time activities are basketball, swimming, chatting on the internet and reading my favourites books. I really playing with children but I also to defend my friends and help them solving their problems. So I’d to go into the medicine or law. Medicine because I love helping and doing everything to help other people. Law because I love defending innocent people and making juse, to change our world into a better place…

I’m an ambitious girl, because I know that medicine and law are very complicated and difficult areas! I’ll have to study a lot. But I think that in the future I can be a judge or a paediatrician and find a good job.

My dream is having my own clinic. So I have 4 months to decide what area I would to go. I know I have to go to many jobs interviews… they are very important to give a good impression. We should answer all questions clearly and directly, dress appropriately for the interview and bring extra copies of our CV’s and references. We shouldn’t chew gum, talk fast or slang and be late to the interview. I’m worried about unemployment, because there are many areas where people are qualified and they can’t find a job. Some of them have to fight and try other options.

I would to have a part-time job, because I to have my own money to buy my things. Having a part-time job is very good to obtain some experience and responsibility. The advantage of having a part-time job is the experience and the disadvantages are the less hours of studying and the little wage. I expect to find a good job in the future!
