1. You should buy special running clothes.

=>I don't think buying special running clothes is a good advice. In my opinion, this thing won't improve your running, it even makes you uncomfortable

2. You should get some good trainers.

=>I think this is a good advice because when you are a beginner, having good trainers is important

3.You should go running every day.

=>It's a so-so advice. Firstly, it's good because you can benefit a lots from this, however, you don't have to run every day unless you still wanna do this eventhough you're sick or tired

4.You should go to bed early every night.

=>This is a good advice. Studies have shown you could live longer if you do this. Furthermore, if you habitually sleep less than six and a half hours of per night are more susceptible to type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and hypertension

5.You should't watch TV or play on the computer.

=>Another so-so advice. Watching TV or playing on the computer have its own advantage and disadvantage. You can do this as a means of entertaining or getting information... but it do harm to your health, especially your eyes

6. You should eat well and drink lots of water.

=>Suger good advice. This make you live longer and happier with a good health

7.You shouldn't have any chocolate or cake

=>Neither good nor bad advice. You can still eat little of it because it's so delicious :))) you should sometimes please yourself with this delicious food

8. As well as running, you should go swimming or cycling.

=>Good advice, doing all this things make you an even better health

9.You should do exercises to make your legs stronger.

=>Good advice, you can only have a strong leg when you do exercises

Đầu tiên, bạn nên ăn nhiều trái cây và rau xanh hơn vì chúng cung cấp vitamin, tốt cho mắt và chúng cũng cung cấp chất xơ, rất tốt cho hệ tiêu hóa của bạn. Ngoài ra, bạn nên tập thể dục nhiều hơn và ở ngoài trời hoạt động thể chất nhiều hơn, chẳng hạn như chạy bộ, đá bóng, yoga, ... để đốt cháy nhiều calo hơn. Hơn nữa, yoga sẽ giúp bạn ngăn ngừa bệnh tật và giúp bạn dẻo dai hơn. Bạn không nên dành thời gian để chơi game trên máy tính, sẽ không tốt cho mắt của bạn. Bạn không nên ăn đồ ăn vặt và đồ ăn nhiều chất béo để giúp bạn không bị béo lên. Bạn nên nghe theo lời khuyên từ các bác sĩ và chuyên gia sức khỏe để giữ dáng. Bạn không nên hút thuốc hay uống bia, rượu,… Bạn nên ngủ đủ 8 tiếng / ngày và đi ngủ sớm vì rất tốt cho da. Thay vì lướt Internet, bạn nên đọc sách trước khi ngủ, vì nó sẽ đưa bạn đến những giấc mơ đẹp hơn.
