Trong lịch sử dựng nước và giữ nước của dân tộc ta có rất nhiều anh hùng được sử sách ghi danh, một trong số đó là lãnh tụ Hồ Chí Minh. Người mà được toàn thể nhân dân Việt Nam kính trọng gọi bằng Bác Hồ. Bác là người lãnh đạo nhân dân ta làm cuộc Cách mạng tháng 8, lập lên nước Việt nam dân chủ cộng hòa. Tiếp đó, Bác lại lãnh đạo hai cuộc kháng chiến vĩ đại chống thực dân Pháp và đế quốc Mỹ giành thắng lợi hoàn toàn thống nhất đất nước. Bác được UNESCO phong tặng danh hiệu ” Anh hùng giải phóng dân tộc và danh nhân văn hóa thế giới.” Cả cuộc đời Bác là một tấm gương sáng về đạo đức cách mạng và lối sống giản dị của Bác để cho nhân dân noi theo. Nhờ có sự lãnh đạo của Bác mà Việt Nam đang là thuộc địa của thực dân Pháp nay đã thành một nước độc lập. Để biết ơn Bác, em nguyện ngoan ngoãn chăm học làm theo 5 điều Bác Hồ dạy.

 Năm 1285, quân Nguyên Mông ồ ạt sang xâm lấn nước ta lần thứ ba. Thế giặc rất mạnh nên triều đình lãnh đạo toàn quân và dân rút về cố thủ ở những nơi hiểm yếu, để mặc thành quách, làng mạc trống trải gây hoang mang cho địch và bảo toàn lực lượng. Danh tướng Trần Bình Trọng chỉ huy quân Cấm Dực, trấn giữ bãi sông Thiên Mạc. Thế giặc rất mạnh, Trần Bình Trọng chẳng may sa vào tay giặc. Biết ông là tướng tài, giặc ra sức dụ dỗ ông, hứa sẽ phong cho ông làm vương đất Bắc. Trần Bình Trọng khẳng khái đáp:

- Ta thà làm quỷ nước Nam còn hơn là vương đất Bắc.

Biết không thể chiêu dụ ông, giặc trói ông ở bãi sông Thiên Mạc chờ nước triều dìm ông chết. Trần Bình Trọng hy sinh khi mới hai mươi sáu tuổi, tấm gương trung liệt của ông chói sáng nghìn thu.

Cũng chính nhờ bài thơ Nam quốc sơn hà trên của ông được lan truyền đi khắp nơi, đến tai quân giặc và khiến chúng hoang mang, hoảng sợ trước khí thế của dân tộc ta, đóng góp phần công sức tinh thần làm cho quân giặc đại bại, phải cầu hòa xin về nước.

Lý Thường Kiệt được ghi nhận là một trong số những anh hùng kiệt xuất của dân tộc Việt Nam. Một danh tướng văn võ song toàn rất đáng được ghi nhận. Em rất khâm phục tinh thần trượng nghĩa anh hùng và tấm lòng yêu nước thương dân của ông.

Badminton takes its name from the home of the Duke of Beaufort, Badminton House in Gloucestershire, England where the first game of badminton was played.

There are many benefits of playing badminton for our health. It reduces bad cholesterol and increase in good cholesterol and increases the levels of HDL good cholesterol while decreasing the levels of bad cholesterols. When you play badminton, basal heart rate drops a few beats per minute and blood pressure is reduced, which protects you from heart disease. It also can reduce weight for overweigh people and attain optimal weight for their height and age. That’s why it keeps you feeling well, strong, motivated, enthusiastic and young.

I don’t like sports basically, but badminton are special. I have always been enjoying play that. I’d like to continue play this sport as my hobby and have fun.

I usually play badminton on Sunday. I always play with my friend, Linh. She is good at badminton. But I am not very good at this sport so when we play badminton, she hits the ball on my both sides. Badminton is my favorite among all the sports that i know.Badminton makes me more healthy and more active in doing something that uses a speed and strenght.I think badminton is the most beautiful sports.It make me good as a healthy person because every time i play badminton my body feels good wholeday.It makeas you good also.And badminton have 2 equipment that you need only rocket and shuttlecock.I think that playing sports like badminton feeds my body to become healthy.Playing badminton is very interesting because every battle that you join theres a excitement but at the end of the game there is only one winner and losser.That badminton reminds me when my dad wants to teach me some technique but i always hit my enemy when the ball is not passing throught him because i,m trying to hit it.That badminton reminds me also the first gift that my father give me.The common in this sport is even it is not played always of the players they can easily remember it even they are not playing it all the times.The common in playing badminton is the more you play the more friends you got and a challengers come to have a battle to know if you are a great player.Having a sports is good because sports is more interesting than the computers,and cellphones that we use.Playing badminton can make your body have a good body strenght and active in everything.It can also help you to have a new friends and a new persons to teach how to play it.
