I live in a large family. There are eight members in it. They are my father, my mother, my grand-father, my grand-mother, myself, my brother and my two sisters.
The member of my family:
The name of my father is Shri Narottam Nayak. He is a farmer. He works in the field. My mother lives inside the house. She cooks food for us. She looks after the household. The names of my two sisters are Jhilli and Milli. They help my mother in her household work. My brother is younger than I. His name is Shri Nabe Kishore Nayak. He reads in Class. VII in our Village M. E. School. I am a student of Class X and I read in the M. S. Academy, Tirtol.
The house where I live with my family:
There are a lot of rooms in my house. These are two sleeping-rooms, one store-room, one study, one drawing-room and a kitchen. Outside the rooms there is a cow-shed and a shed for the thrashing horse. There is a very spacious courtyard in my house area.

My mother is the one who I love most in my life. For what she’s done, she deserved with the whole world. My mother is a 43-year-old household wife. She’s tall, slim and especially she has a beautiful long black hair. She always smile thus everyone consider her a friendly person. My mom loves every members of the family with all her heart. She agreed to be a household woman instead of working out. My mother takes care of the household chorces. She wakes up earliest in the morning and goes to bed latest in the night. And during the day, she’s very busy. I remember once when my mother got sick so nobody did the house work and everything went to crazy. From then, my father and I join hand to help mother whenever we have free time. She’s really happy about that. When I was a kid, mom taught me to play piano at each weekend. I still remember the songs which includes many childhood’s experiences. Not only taught me to play piano, she also taught me to be a better human. I love the moral stories that she told me before I fell asleep every night. We’re really appreaciate mother’s effort, patient and her hard work to conserve the family’s happiness. My mother is an indispensable part of my life. When I grow up, I want to be a woman her.

Hello, everyone! I’m glad to introduce my family. There are four people, including Mom, Dad, one brother and me. My mother’s name is Mai, and she is 40 years old. He had diploma from high school and now he is enrolled in the University. My parents are proud of him very much. Finally is my sister is 11 years old and a cute girl. She is in the fifth grade. I think she is a very smart girl. I love her and my parents very much.

As a traditional Vietnam family, I have a big family. My family has 6 members including my mum, my dad, my grandmother, my big brother, little sister and me. My mum's name is Lan. She's got short, black hair and brown eyes. She and my dad work in business of medicine. My dad's name is Phong. He's short. He's got black short hair. My little sister's slim. She's quit beautiful. She's got black long hair. My big brother's short my dad. 20 years before, Vietnam was a poor country. Paying for cost of living of family with 3 little children comes to be a difficult problem, My mum and my dad have worked hard day by day, even my 60-year-old grandmother also had to buy foods to help apart. In the Tet, we cooked Banh Chung and Banh Tet, two special dishes made from sticky rice to offer our ancestors. Thousand years have passed and this nice cultural feature has been kept untill now.

Vietnamese people are intelligent, hard working and thirsty for moving up. Throughout history, we have had a large number of great man achieving the world fame. Tran Hung Dao and Vo Nguyen Giap are the two world military talents. Ho Chi Minh was world cutural great man...

Our country situates in the center of the world sea-route. Vietnam has more than three thousand kilometers of coast with abundant tourism and sea food potentialities.

In the war time, Vietname is a small country, but we never step back. Both the French and the USA army became our defeaters. 

Nowadays, we are building our country to become richer, more becautiful as the strong wish from Mr. Ho Chi Minh.

When it comes to enjoyment, what I find the most interesting is to go traveling to different places and try the local cuisine there. In my journeys, I was strikingly impressed by many kinds of food, one of which is crispy pancake - also known as Banh Xeo. The ingredients to make flour mixture include rice flour, coconut cream, turmeric, onions and salt, mixed with water. The batter is then added into a frying pan brushed with vegetable oil and forms a thin pancake. After about two minutes, the cooker will scatter some pork, shrimps and sprouts on half of the cake then fold it in half to cover the filling and cook for thirty seconds. The dish is often served with traditional sauce made from fish sauce mixed with lemon, garlic and chilli. An interesting feature about Banh Xeo is the way people eat them. The pancake will be cut into two to three pieces and rolled in sheets of rice paper together with some lettuces. The roll is dipped into the prepared sauce, which creates a stunning combination of flavor. In one bite, customers can feel the crispness, a little bit sweetness, fat and freshness of the vegetables and just want to eat more. To sum up, coming to Vietnam, if you want to explore the culinary culture here, Banh Xeo will be an amazing experience that should not be missed.
