Topic 1

There are four people in my family including my parents, my older sister and me.We all agree that all members of the family should share the housework, so we divide the household chores equally.My dad is responsible for doing heavy lifting.He also mows the lawn once a week.My mum does most of the cooking and shops for groceries.Being the elder child in the family, My older sister, Lan takes up a large share of housework.She washes clothes, does the washing-up, and waters the houseplants every day. My sister sometimes does the cooking when our mum is busy.My responsibilities include taking out the rubbish and cleaning the fridge once a week.My sister and I take turns laying the table for meals, tidying up the house, and feeding the dog.We know that many hands make light work, and that will also create a positive atmosphere for the family. Therefore, we are willing to work together on household chores.Topic 2

* Problems: I know a handicapped girl who has to take care of a mother with mental illness.

- They live in poor housing conditions. Their house may collapse at any time.

- The girl lost her legs when she was 10 in an accident. Her father died three years ago. A year later, her mother became mentally ill. She has to both take care of her mother and earn a living by selling toothpicks on the streets. She wants to continue going to school but she can't afford it.

* Solutions: Raise fund to build a better house for them. Call for donations like food or clothes. Persuade some education organizations to grand her scholarships so that she can return school.Organize free classes, especially English ones for her.

I'm going to talk about my imaginary invention called Translation Gummy.  In real life, we often find it difficult to communicate with foreigners well.  This invention is a good solution, and it is also easy to use.  One only needs to eat it and he/she will be able to speak and understand any foreign language instantly.  This edible gadget can also be used to communicate with animals as well.  It is small and portable so everyone can put it in their pocket or bag and use it anywhere.  Surprisingly, it is not expensive, so everyone can afford it.

B: My mother takes responsibility for buying groceries and necesities, cooks meals, does washing-up.

A: What do you and your elder brother do?

B: My elder brother usually sweeps the floor, cleans the windows and feeds pets.

A: And you?

B: Uhm, I'm the youngest in my family, so my duty is just to wash dishes after meals, tidy the dining table and take out garbage everyday.

I was born in a family with few people. My family consists of two sisters and me. My dad worked out all day so he was not involved in the job. My mother and sister, they work almost housework. They are the two main housewives. My mother is also a financial manager. But now my sister is going to college and my mother is getting weaker 3 and I have to help each other in home work. Every day I spend at least 1 hour to help my mother with small tasks like:.... . Because my family members share family work, my family is always happy. I feel so lucky to be born in this family. I love them !
