A clean environment is not enough for our health, so we must play sports to have a good health and a good spirit and so am I. I'm an active girl so I like playing sports very much such as: badminton, walking, yoga,... but the sport I like most is volleyball. I started playing volleyball when I was a little girl. I usually spend my free time playing with my friends. Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding the ball on the other team's court. Players can use hands, arms to strike or to push the ball.
