Islam in 2016, a taxi trips, I met an experienced physician resources. In particular, he cherished for years to solve the problem of design traffic jams Hanoi. Long distance, so I hear the details. Having given away in return.

Uncle referee thoughts: I tried to propose this strategy without knowing met anyone who can help take it to the hands of the person responsible for the city.

Grab your phone number, name and address of the driver.

Go to Hanoi, called for a sidekick who is now the official newspaper of the city. Presented as a people have remarkable strategies, the report should be sent reporters down to work with that person.

It's a rewarding job of an official newspaper of the city, so her nails and security, and transfer information.

However, after that, everything fell into "bat endlessly". The newspaper did not like unheard.

Each person a job, so I think, especially in "the driver make suggestions for" this, I just do intermediate bridge was ok then. It should just stop at that level.

The driver several times to call to say that the newspaper did not get involved.

Inside the press may be something to their reason.

Now, the driver can make booklets of doctors (ie strategy written on paper) to the city authorities. And of course, the driver has not been thinking of the 200,000 target. And want to make suggestions, they must follow the specific instructions of the contest.

To reduce traffic jams in our area, several measures can be taken. Firstly, improving public transportation infrastructure and encouraging its usage can help reduce the number of private vehicles on the roads. Additionally, implementing carpooling and ridesharing programs can help decrease the overall number of cars on the road. Furthermore, investing in smart traffic management systems and promoting alternative modes of transportation such as cycling and walking can help alleviate congestion. Lastly, implementing strict traffic regulations and enforcing them effectively can also contribute to reducing traffic jams in our area.

Traffic safety and traffic that the world now needs to pay attention. it is not only the most important factors crucial to the development and survival of a nation, a territory but a junction of trade between regions of countries, cultures on world together. In advanced countries, the situation and development of their traffic is quite developed with a dense transport network and is regulated, but in Vietnam, … Urban transport situation in Vietnam is extremely chaotic. On average there are thousands of cases every year in traffic accidents, causing serious loss of life and property. Despite being upgraded and renovated several times but the transport system of Vietnam has not improved as much. It is believed that the number of the people who have died in traffic accidents is much higher than that of the people who have died of cancer or any other disease. In Ho Chi Minh City, the problem of traffic accidents is really serious. The following measures should be taken to reduce the seriousness/to minimize the consequences of this problem.

Firstly, the system of the main streets in Ho Chi Minh City must be improved or upgraded. It is awful to move along the streets of Ho chi Minh City because most of them are in bad condition and some are full of holes, either big or small. In addition, during the rainy season many streets are flooded with water after a heavy rain. If we are not careful enough, we easily hit other people or fall off our bike or motorbike.

Secondly, law-breaking and drunken riders/drivers should be punished strictly. These law-breaking and drunken riders/drivers are the “devils” of the streets: they operate their motor vehicles at a high speed and sway from one side/curb of the street to the other whenever they feel excited. There is no doubt that one of the main reasons of serious traffic accidents is the riders’ or drivers’ carelessness and lack of self-control.

Last but not least, calling for every citizen’s obeying traffic laws is crucial. The cit dwellers’ awareness of the necessity to obey traffic law is quite low; consequently, they travel along the streets without paying close attention to traffic lights and other signals. Quite often, motor-cyclists occupy the lanes for cars and other four-wheel motor vehicles while taxi drivers speed up, forcing the riders/drivers of other vehicles to give way to them. It takes a lot of time and energy to draw the attention of anyone who does travel along the streets in Ho Chi Minh City to the well-established traffic laws here in particular and to make each of the city dwellers a law-abiding citizen in general. But it is worth it!

In conclusion, we are all overwhelmed by the increasing number of the traffic accidents in Ho Chi Minh City nowadays. It is time to upgrade the whole system of the main streets in this city and apply strong efficient measures both to punish those who break traffic laws and to call for every citizen’s consciousness of obeying these laws strictly whenever he/she travels along the street in this city. The sooner these suggestions will be taken into account, the less serious the traffic accidents happening in Ho Chi Minh City will be.”

I have lived in Ha Noi for many years. Ha Noi is a big and busy city. There are lots of vehicles on the road all day. There are lots of cars, buses, taxis and trucks on high ways. Vietnamese people like moving by motorbike. Almost every family has a motorbike. The traffic jam is often at about 7 a.m and 5 p.m because it’s the time when people go to work or school and come back home. There are sometimes accidents on the road. Therefore, to reduce these problems, we need to obey traffic rules to reduce accidents as much as possible.

I am a volunteer so I have done many things for the community service. Last month, I raised money and funds for the poor, and they were very hapy. I also donated books and clothes for the children. Last week, I provided houses and food for the homless, and they looked very happy, too. So far, I , and my classmates, have planted trees and beautiful flowers in the school yard. It was so great. I have collected the rubbish on the beach and in the sea then I recycle them. It helps protectthe environment. And I, together with my family, often go to the hospital to help every one there. They are so freindly and they seem very happy when they see us. Volunteering is very good and special to me 'cause I can help others. I 'll do more in the future.

We are trying to find solutions to environmental pollution problem. People should stop cutting trees for timber, Instead, they should plant more trees and forests. They should reduce using cars and motorbikes that cause noise and air pollution. We should prevent farmers from using fertilizers and pesticides that damage the soil. People should not litter on the land and in the water. We should prohibit factories from dumping industrial wastes into rivers and lakes. It is high time governments over the world had measures that require companies and individuals to stop or cut down on polluting activities.

A carbon footprint is historically defined as the total emissions caused by an individual, event, organization, or product, expressed as carbon dioxide equivalent.[1]Greenhouse gases (GHGs), including carbon dioxide, can be emitted through land clearance and the production and consumption of food, fuels, manufactured goods, materials, wood, roads, buildings, transportation and other services.[2]

In most cases, the total carbon footprint cannot be exactly calculated because of inadequate knowledge of and data about the complex interactions between contributing processes, including the influence of natural processes that store or release carbon dioxide. For this reason, Wright, Kemp, and Williams, have suggested to define the carbon footprint as:

A measure of the total amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) and methane (CH4) emissions of a defined population, system or activity, considering all relevant sources, sinks and storage within the spatial and temporal boundary of the population, system or activity of interest. Calculated as carbon dioxide equivalent using the relevant 100-year global warming potential (GWP100).[3]

Most of the carbon footprint emissions for the average U.S. household come from "indirect" sources, e.g. fuel burned to produce goods far away from the final consumer. These are distinguished from emissions which come from burning fuel directly in one's car or stove, commonly referred to as "direct" sources of the consumer's carbon footprint.[4]

The concept name of the carbon footprint originates from ecological footprint, discussion,[5] which was developed by William E. Rees and Mathis Wackernagel in the 1990s. This accounting approach compares how much people demand compared to what the planet can renew. This allows to assess the number of "earths" that would be required if everyone on the planet consumed resources at the same level as the person calculating their ecological footprint. The carbon Footprint is one part of the ecological footprint. The carbon part was popularized by a large campaign of BP in 2005.[6] In 2007, carbon footprint was used as a measure of carbon emissions to develop the energy plan for City of Lynnwood, Washington. Carbon footprints are more focused than ecological footprints since they measure merely emissions of gases that cause climate change into the atmosphere.
