We need calories or energy to do the things every day. For example, when we walk to school or (1) ………………..a bike to school we spend a certain amount of (2)………….and even when we sleep, we also use them. But how many calories should we spend a day to stay in (3)…………? It’s difficult for us to calculate. If people want to keep fit, they should remember that everyone should have between 1600 and 2500 calories a day.

            We get calories from the food we eat. If we get too many food and don’t take part (3)………… any activities, we can get fat quickly. So besides studying, we should do some (4)………, play sports or do the housework, such as cleaning the floor, cooking etc...

we need calories or ..energy.....to do the things every day.for example,when we walk to school or..ride.... a bike to school we spend a cartian amount of ....calories.....and even when we sleep,we also use keep.but how many calorie should we......have.....a day to stay in shape.it'sdiffcult .for...us to calulate.if people want to keep...fit..,thet should remmber that everyone should have between 1600and 2500 calorie a day

For example, when we walk or .......ride......... a bike to school, we spend a certain a certain amount of ....calories.....and even when we sleep, we also use them. But now many calories should we .......have........a day to stay in shape? It is difficult .......for........ us to calculae.
