I spending free time with my family. I and my husband love playing with my son and watching TV together when we have free time. We usually do house works together while opening some music. One of my free time activities is to listen to music because it help me feel relax. Before I go the bed, I often surf the internet, check e-mail and read some favorite books. I write a lot when I have spare time. I often write about school, family, love and friendship. On weekends, I love to cook a special meal for my family. We often go to the zoo or the water park once a month. My son love it so much. Sometimes, I go out with my friends for shopping or coffee. It’s a lot of fun.

I dont have much spare time. Although all of my time is devoted for the hard work at the school, I manage to get some time to relax. I especially like the weekends for at that time I can go out for cafe, go to open air recreation centers to play sport games such as: tennis, volley ball, martial arts, or swimming. I often play online games but they are not as attractive as others open air activities or sport games. Sometimes I go for a picnic to a beautiful sightseeing. Friendly activities also make me feel relaxed. I am stressed while studying too hard so these activities relax me and help me have good performance in studying a lot.

As a student, I am quite busy on weekdays. However, at weekends, I have much free time, so I usually spend it on relaxing to prepare for a coming busy week. First of all, in my free time, I like playing some sports, such as soccer, badminton or basketball, with my friends. Sport not only makes me stronger but also connects me with my friends who have the same hobbies. We sometimes go riding in order that we can combine sporting activity and sightseeing. If the weather is not fine enough for me to hang out with my friends, I like to read books. I have a big bookshelf with many kinds of books but I prefer science books. Through these books, my knowledge is gradually enlarged. Thirdly, I also love to listen to music from pop, rock 'n roll to rap or melody. Music really paints my life. Last but not least, I spend my free time on surfing on Internet. I can chat with my friends from very far distance or log on websites to read online news. With Internet, I update many things without having to go anywhere. I can also study English through some interesting websites. (If I have very difficult exercises and cannot solve them by myself, I will visit Yahoo Answers and have somebody to help me. Just like this one ^^). In conclusion, I want to use all of my free time to relax and connect with other people.

After the stressful hours at school, some of the spare time at the end of the day is the time I spend to do what I like. Usually I would choose to listen to music, when I am in sad moods I hear soft ballads. In happy times I listen to Pop music in order to dance to the catchy tunes. When I have to deal with stressful issues, I listen to classical music to ease my nerve. Besides listening to music, reading and writing are some of the things that I love to do every time I have free time. I do not limit the genres of stories that I choose read, I can read from comics, horror to science fiction as long as I find it interesting. Thanks to reading a lot of books, my writing skills have improved a lot, and my vocabulary has also become richer. Whenever I have ideas, I often turn my thoughts into stories. I write about a lot of things, from the realistic life around me, the additional details in my favorite books to what I imagine. At first I wrote stories only for some of my close friends to read, but they suggested that I should post them on the websites so people could read and leave comments. Those compliments and comments made me feel very happy and proud of myself. I sometimes go out with my friends, and we like to go to many beautiful places to take pictures. We also love to go to the cinema together to watch the latest films, and then we go shopping or eat together. Those relaxing times add energy so I can start my other work efficiently. It is so great that I can do whatever I want, as long as I do not bother anyone.

There are a lot of activities that you can do in your leisure time. Some people are so tired of work that they prefer to use their free time just for resting and sleeping. Others spend their free time on their favourite activities. For example, they listen to music, play their favourite musical instrument, go on a picnic, take a trip, go to the nature and enjoy the fresh air, hang out with their friends, go partying, go shopping, visit their relatives, spend some time with their kids and play games with them, read and write, watch TV, watch movies or cartoons, go to the theatre, surf the net, cook, do some gardening, etc.  Some people me choose sports to enjoy their free time. Among different kinds of sports, I prefer basketball.When you play basketball with your team mates you have a chance to get rid of all the negative energies that are piled up in you throughout work or study time. Your body is wholly involved. Basketball involves both your mind and your body. It’s an extremely physical activity, so that even your finger tips have to be strong. In basketball you need both stamina and speed to be a successful player. It’s not that important if you’re not tall. Your strength is of much more importance.  Both feet and hands must be strong. Even you need to be wise in this game. If you know where to stand so that your rival has a weak chance of blocking you, you’ll more successfully get close to the basket to shoot and score. Basketball is a team work and this is what I the most about this sport. You learn how to cooperate with other team mates. Sometimes, you need to sacrifice yourself by blocking the rival so that your team mate can find space to go to the basket and score. Passing the ball to other members of your team makes the chance of winning higher and higher.

As we are human we naturally need to rest on leisure time to recover thestress of work and everyday life. In fact, every individual need to do what they want and belong to them. Personally, I prefer to be active during this time because it is feel right to me better. Moreover, people are free for what they do on their leisure time, and nobody can say what it is the best.

Some people want to relax after their day of work. These people may prefer to relax by watching movies, reading or getting a massage. People who have a physically jobs such as doctors, teachers and builders may choose these types of activities. If you are a doctor, you may feel that you want to let your body rest after work and you don’t want to do a five kilometer run after work, because you are already physically tired.

On the other hand, some people choose to be active in their leisure time because they do very sitting jobs. For example, these people many spend all day sitting on a chair and do their work. At the end of a working day, they may be have a backache, and all of their body become tired so they need to stretch their arms and improve their health by doing some activity such as going to the gym or swimming.

To sum up, the important thing is that people want to stay healthy by choosing what is best for them. In my view, the wrong way is to stay at home in your leisure time if you have a setting job.
