It was 2 years ago when I went for a picnic. My cousin planned the entire trip and we went to a place which was near the lake. He had visited the place about earlier and he liked it very much so he convinced me to go over there. The trip was just mind blowing from the beginning to the end.
We sat in the car at 9 am and it was a 4 hour drive from my home. We were a total of 5 people and we went to the place. As we reached the place we started cooking food as we were feeling very hungry. The place was looking so beautiful at night. There was a certain kind of reflection which the lake was putting on the land which was around it. I do not know what instigated me to do so but I swam in the lake. It was so cold over there and I even caught cold because of the cold weather.
I would say that overall the trip was very good. The main reason was that I was able to spend some quality time with my cousins and I was also able to live some time peacefully without any noise. I am even planning to trip like this in near future and this time I am the one convincing other people to go with me. I have been able to realize that in order to plan an enjoyable trip one does not have to spend so much money, it is just about finding the right place and right time.

I had a trip to Da Lat with my class 12 in three days last year when we had a special time together. The trip was started at 5pm. I couldn’t forget that the air was on. I felt so happy because I knew that I would a good time with my friends. We arrived in Da Lat at 3pm. The weather was quite cold, but all of us felt really joyful. I wish I could have stayed there, and my dream came true. After we had a lunch, we went to camp fire at night. I climbed the Lanbiang mountain with my friends and took many pictures. At the time we’re really having a wonderful time, after we were under stressed from studying. There were many students in my school. We made a circle around a big fire, and had a lot of activities with ethnic minority people such as: performed dances, sang together, drank wine…etc. The weather was very cold, but we continued organizing the program. The air was really warm and exciting when we had many beautiful smiles, handed in hands, danced around the fire together. I have never a good time like that, and I couldn’t forget that things happened at this night. On second day, we got up at 6am. After we had a breakfast, we’re visiting to the church. We took some pictures together, bought some souvenirs. After that, we went on sightseeing in the waterfall. The scenes were too really wonderful to believe in my eyes. The last, we’re visiting the Gold Vale. I saw a lot of impressive scenes such as: high vales, dense fog, tall pines...We sat on the grass, and talked together about the feelings. I was really relaxed when I stood before the wonderful scenes like that. At 12 am, we came back the hotel and had a lunch. After, we return the room to take a rest. At night, my class has a free time. The nightlife was great. We’re riding the bicycle around the Xuan Huong lake, and singing together loudly. My feeling was very comfortable now. Next, we ate chicken porridge and drank hot Soya milk together. Then, we’re visiting an exciting Da Lat market and going shopping there. These memories would stay in my mind forever. We came back our rooms at 10pm. We had a party together that left some beautiful memories of this trip. We ate the food and drank the wine each other. At the time, I recognized that friendship was very important and I loved them so much. After the party finished, we went to bed. We came back the Sai Gon city next morning. Although the trip was ended, my good memories about Da Lat camp would always stay with me in all my life.

Festival

All of the exciting and special holidays in my country, I like Tet the most. Tet is an occasion to everyone get together in warm atmosphere. Before Tet holiday, Everyone prepares many things and decorates their house. I plant a lot of flowers in front of my house and buy many things such as clothes, foods …

Besides, most of the streets also are decorated beautifully with colorful lights and flowers. During Tet, I spends more time on visiting my relatives and friends. Especially, we have a give to each other to the best wishes for the new year. Tet is an opportunity for children receive lucky money. There is a funny thing that people try to avoid argument or saying any bad things at Tet. I love Tet holiday!

Trong tất cả những kỳ nghỉ thú vị và đặc biệt ở đất nước tôi, tôi thích Tết nhất. Tết là dịp để tất cả mọi người ở cùng nhau trong bầu không khí ấm áp. Bên cạnh đó, hầu hết các đường phố cũng được trang trí đẹp mắt với ánh sáng đầy màu sắc và hoa. Trong dịp Tết, tôi dành nhiều thời gian hơn để thăm người thân và bạn bè. Đặc biệt, chúng tôi đã trao cho nhau những lời chúc tốt đẹp nhất cho năm mới. Tết là cơ hội để trẻ em được may mắn. Có một điều buồn cười là mọi người cố gắng tránh tranh cãi hoặc nói bất cứ điều xấu nào vào dịp Tết. Tôi yêu Tết!

Vacation

Last summer, I went to Cua lo with my family. We went there by car, it is very far from my house, it is about 400 km, so we were very tired, but at one we felt better when we saw the sea.

Cua Lo beach is really interesting, the beach is very large, flat, and it has a lot of sand. Waves are very strong, you will be very excited when you play with it. There are a lot of beauty spots, and good seafood there

We stayed in Green hotel. It was a very nice and comfortable hotel, especially it is face the sea .

The weather was hot and sunny all day. The sea was cool and clear, because it was very windy in the afternoon. We went swimming twice a day. My family was excited about it. The food was extremely delicious but not very expensive.

We took a lot of Photograps of the sea, bought a lot of seafood especially octopus and some sea present for our relatives

After a week in Cua lo beach we felt happy and stronger.

I hope to go there again.

Mùa hè năm ngoái, tôi đã đi đến Cửa Lò với gia đình tôi. Chúng tôi đã đến đó bằng xe hơi, nơi đó cách nhà chúng tôi khoảng 400 km, nó khá xa khiến chúng tôi rất mệt mỏi, tuy nhiên khi nhìn thấy biển, mọi sự mệt mỏi tan biến.

Kỳ nghỉ ở bãi biển Cửa Lò thực sự rất thú vị, bãi biển rất lớn, bằng phẳng, và nó có rất nhiều cát. Sóng rất mạnh, bạn sẽ rất vui khi được đùa nghịch với những làn sóng. Hiện có rất nhiều danh lam thắng cảnh, và hải sản ở đó vô cùng ngon.

Chúng tôi ở khách sạn Xanh. Đó là một khách sạn rất tốt và thoải mái, đặc biệt là nó lại nằm đối diện với biển.

Thời tiết nắng nóng cả ngày. Biển rất mát và sạch, bởi vì nó là rất nhiều gió vào buổi chiều. Chúng tôi đã đi bơi hai lần mỗi ngày. Gia đình tôi đã rất vui về việc đó. Các món ăn rất ngon nhưng không hề đắt đỏ.

Chúng tôi đã chụp rất nhiều ảnh về biển, đã mua rất nhiều hải sản đặc biệt là cá mực.

Sau một tuần tại bãi biển Cửa Lò, chúng tôi cảm thấy hạnh phúc và sảng khoái hơn.

Chúng tôi hy vọng sẽ đi đến đó một lần nữa!

Last summer holiday, in order to escape the extreme heat of Danang city, my family and I decided to go to Dalat. We went there by bus.

When we got this mountainous and wonderful city, it was getting dark. We felt very excited because of the nice weather and the fresh air. We stayed in Hoa Hong hotel, a little but comfortable one in the centre of the city.

The next day we went shopping in Hoa Binh market and, caught some fresh air by sitting near the Xuan Huong lake. We had lunch in a nice restaurant near the garden of flowers. The food was delicious and cheap especially the vegetables. In the afternoon, we took a taxi to visit the Valley of the Love. How beautiful it was! The following day was for visiting Prenn Waterfall, the Than Tho lake and the Hills of Pine. Every spot has its own beauty, I could say which is the best. People are friendly and polite, especially young Dalat girls with their pink cheeks.

This wonderful holiday helped us to get rid of worries and trouble and gave us health and enthusiasm to resume work again. It was an interesting and unforgettable holiday.
