Olympia is one of my favorite TV show. This is a television knowledge contest for high school students. It is always shown on VTV 3 at 13 o'clock every Sunday. Candidates are the best students in the country. MC is quite charming and beautiful lady. The program also has a team of consultants who are experienced teachers. In the program, there are 4 competitions, which in turn is the start, the obstacle, accelerate and the goal. Every competition is very interesting and exciting, it requires students not only knowledge from books but also social knowledge. Contestants do not only have knowledge but also must have both brave and self-confidence. The students, parents go cheer for the contestants are very enthusias. In the contestants, competitor that I most is Lam Vu Tuan, he is very talented and funny. My biggest dream is to study well and paripate in the program compete for knowledge.

There are many sports, which are good for our health and popular over the world. Soccer is one of my favorite sports. It is played by two teams consisting of 11 people each team. The general rule is that the ball is kicked by leg and the players get score when having the ball in their goal post. Football is known as “king” among other sports. First, it improves integrity when applying several techniques to create strong power. Second, it not only reduces stress and bad cholesterol of body but also relaxes out spirit after a hard working day. My brother usually plays football every afternoon after work as he is in a local sport club. Moreover, football is not simply one kind of sport, it is an art because of the popularity. Since there is an increasing number of football team over the world such as: Manchester United, Barcelona, Arsenal with professional players. Although I am not able to play well, I love watching football matches as they are interesting and we can also learn from their technique. Furthermore, football is public concern as well as heated debate. Football is now popular through women, who are thought not able to play this kind of sport.

my favouriteTV programme is the world of animal.it's on VTV2 and broadcasted every Friday evening.this programme provides me many interesting knowledge about the name of animal their live lite...and reson i watching is it that.i love animal and want to know further about their lite

all of the prgams on tv, such as: sport program, entertain program, education program and movie programs so on but i like "The world of animals" program most.

this program usually shows on VTV2 everyday at 8.30 in the evening. it often lasts about 45 minutes , in this program, these stories of the life of animals in the world are told is a very lively way

for example, people can watch the filmd about monkeys, snake ,tigers and even the penguin with polar bear in the far north, while watching these films, i find the everday life activities and habits of these animal very interesting and full mysteries.in anddition, i also learn that; " it is very important to protect these animal and their living enviroment become they are part of oir valueble natural world.

watching this program makes me very well, informed and relaxed after a day of work. i think this program is very usefull fo everyone. you should watch : " the world of animals" program everyday

Swimming has been my favourite sport since I was very small. I learnt to swim when I was just 5 years old. Swimming is a very popular sport; furthermore, it provides individuals with several physical and mental benefits. 

There are some reasons why swimming is popular. Firstly, swimming is a sport for all age groups; besides, it is a lifetime activity. People can learn to swim as young as 4 or 5 years old or as old as 60 or 70. All it takes is the right instruction and desire to get in the pool. Secondly, swimming is cheap. You don't have to spend much money on it. All you need is just a swimsuit that makes you feel comfortable and a goggle that keeps water from your eyes. Even though you have to buy an admission ket, it is not so expensive. Anyone can afford to go to swim. Finally, swimming is one of the most popular sports in the world.Besides its popularity, swimming is a good activity that provides individuals with several physical benefits. First of all, swimming is a movement through water using one's legs and arms that provides an all body workout. As all of your muscles are used during swimming, it is an excellent form of exercise. Moreover, swimming can also be very beneficial to your heart and lungs. After a few laps, swimming can Giúp you cool-down, move blood through your muscles to Giúp them recover. Swimming builds up muscle strength , so your body is kept in perfect shape.In addition to its physical benefits, swimming is also an effective way to relax. Swim with a very low effort, let your mind wander, focus on nothing but the rhythm of your stroke. This form of meditation can Giúp you gain a feeling of well-being. Furthermore, swimming is a wonderful recreational activity for you and your family. Swimming gives you a chance to be with your family or with some friends at the pool, or just to dip yourself in cool water. Spending hours at the pool on hot summer days is always my favourite pastime.In conclusion, swimming is not only popular, but it is also one of the best all body workout a person can do. Besides its physical benefits, swimming is also a great recreational sport giving you peace of mind to continue with your day. Swimming has numerous advantages over other exercises and if done consistently will keep you in shape for the long period of time.

Out of all the sports that I've studied, my favorite is swimming. This subject helps us to train the larynx to become stronger. As well as relieve the stress of each other class. That's why I should choose this subject and I love it.

Playing exercise not only improves one health but also reduce stress. I choose to play badminton after a hard studying day. Badminton is a famous sport around the world. Nowadays, people tend to pay more attention to sports since it brings several physical and psychological benefits especially badminton. Besides, many high schools and universities teach badminton as a physical subject for students. In my opinion, everyone should take up badminton as a regular sports because of its advantages. Sport is necessary in modern society as human are going to be lazy.

At the end, Setsuko have to die for hunger, pictures depict painfulness and the death of little girl can be considered as the most mournful film pictures in the cartoon Japan history. My favorite sport is badminton. It is an individual and team sport. It can last about an hour and a half. It needs at least two players, maybe more. Unlike football, badminton just needs a smaller campus to play, it needs tools like rackets, balls, nets. The two players have to take turns sending the bridge over the network until it hits the ground. Although quite easy, it also takes a lot of practical and flexible skill. In addition, badminton also helps us to be healthy and train our muscles. I love it so much, I often play it on holidays because it makes me feel more at ease after hard study days.

Among sports, my favorite is badminton. I was taught by my father from a young age. Up to now, I have been involved in this sport for three years. After school, I go to the park with my father or friends to play badminton. There are days when we just play for fun, there are also days when we hold competitions, whoever loses will have to buy soft drinks for the rest. Doing so makes the game more interesting and exciting. Due to hard work playing badminton, my health is increasingly supple and healthy. I feel this is a very useful sport.

 Brighter Future "is a television program of my favorite. Program profound humanitarian, helping the unfortunate lives, wants children to get a home, a chance to go to school. Program as a bridge between the people to live in affluence with solitary children, disadvantaged ... It also brought a precious tradition of the nation: "Nhuong Com will dress". And parularly, it is also a chance for the young know look at the children in the program to strive for in life and learning.

My favorite movie is "A Walk To Remember". This is my favorite movie because it deals with real life issues, like some of the most important things in life such as: love, relationships, and most important, who your real friends are. "A Walk To Remember is about a girl named Jamie (Mandy Moore) who is the daughter of a minister who becomes ill. During high school Jamie doesn't have very many friends but is in alot of activities and through that she meets a reckless boy named Landon. Landon got into some trouble which made the principal force him into being in a play for the drama club. Landon Played a lead role as did Jamie, even though they didn't hang out in the same crowd of friends when Landon needed Giúp with his lines in the play he turned to Jamie to Giúp him out. One of the first things she told Landon was for him to promise that he wouldn't fall in love with her. But that is a promise that he did not keep. Jamie finally told Landon that she had cancer and the treatment stoped working so she didn't have very much time to live. Jamie had this list of accomplisments that she wanted to make before she passed. The number one thing was to get married at the same church that her mother and father was married in. Landon made ALL of her dreams come true. But unfortunitally her cancer became worse and she died. I would recommend this movie to anyone who likes heart touching stories, I liked it and would watch it a million times a day if I could.

although there are many good programme on TV. But i like best comedy programme, because it make me laugh. It has funny man and funny character, so attraction many viewer. I love comedy programme.

What do you do in the free time? To me, it is waiting to see “Who wants to be a millionaire”. This program is of Vietnam, buy copyright from the program of the UK. It is shown on VTV3 on Tuesdays at 21 o'clock. In the program, I MC Van Lai Sam most, who is a very funny and friendly person. The rules are quite simple, the contestants have to answer quickly and accurately, the best one will be chosen on the hot seat and try himself with the questions that the program offers. With every correct answer, he will achieve a certain milestone. The player is given 4 helpdesks, 50.50, calls to relatives, counseling on the spot, consultation with the audiences. The questions of the program are quite interesting, making the audiences so interested. I think this is a very interesting and useful program, it provides us with a wide variety of selective knowledge.My family enjoyed this show so much, all members gather in the living room to watch the show, which makes me feel so happy. In the future, I hope the program will develop further and bring to the viewers great moments of entertainment.

Luật chơi rất đơn giản, thí sinh phải trả lời thật nhanh và chính xác, người xuất sắc nhất sẽ được ngồi trên chiếc ghế nóng và thử sức với với những câu hỏi mà chương trình đưa ra. Với mỗi câu trả lời đúng, thí sinh sẽ đạt được mốc tiền thưởng nhất định. Người chơi được sử dụng 4 sự trợ giúp là 50.50, gọi điện cho người thân, tư vấn tại chỗ, hỏi ý kiến khán giả. Những câu hỏi của chương trình đều rất thú vị, gây lên sự hồi hộp cho người xem. Mình nghĩ đây là một chương trình khá thú vị và bổ ích, nó cung cấp cho ta rất nhiều tri thức đa dạng, có chọn lọc. Cả nhà mình đều rất thích chương trình này, mọi người luôn quây quần trong phòng khách để xem chương trình, điều này khiến mình cảm thấy rất hạnh phúc. Trong tương lai, mình mong chương trình sẽ phát triển nữa và mang lại đến cho người xem những phút giây giải trí tuyệt vời.

I love a quite strange sport for everyone, and it is ping pong. Not many people in Vietnam who are interested in ping pong, and it is also hard to find a place to actually have enough equipment to play it. Ping pong, or it also known as table tennis, consists of two or four players hitting a lightweight ball back and forth on a table. The table is divided in two halves by a net, and it marks the playing zone of each team. The basic rule for amateurs is pretty simple as players need to let the ball touch their side of the table one time before bouncing back. They then hit the ball back to their opponent’s side with a small paddle, and this time the ball also need to touch the other side of the table as well. A point is counted when a player fail to return back the ball, let it touch the net, or make it land outside of the table. Since it is played on a table, so the area is not big enough for us to wait and think about the next move. Therefore, we need to play it with fast reactions and nonstop motions. We only have one second to act the next step right after hitting the ball, and it does not take much time to complete a set. In a competition, and match usually consists of five or seven sets, and the first one to score 11 points wins a set. Many people do not take this sport serious, but I think it is a very good sport to train both of our physical and mental health as we need to be tough and have quick reactions at the same time.
