All of the special holidays in my country, I like Tet the most. Tet is an occasion to everyone get together in warm atmosphere. Before Tet holiday, Everyone prepares many things and decorates their house. I plant a lot of flowers in front of my house and buy many things such as clothes, foods ...

Besides, most of the streets also are decorated beautifully with colorful lights and flowers. During Tet, I spends more time on visiting my relatives, friends and colleagues. Especially, I give to each other the best wishes for the new year. Tet is an opportunity for children receive lucky money. There is a funny thing that people try to avoid argument or saying any bad things at Tet. I love Tet holiday!

My best friend is my classmate at school. She and I have been studying together since we entered school in kindergarten. We have studied together all these years. We also travel by the school bus together because we stay close to each other. Her home is only a ten minute walk from my place.

My friend is kindly and sweet-natured. We are always happy to be with each other. We enjoy studying, playing and eating together. If I am sad she will do all she can to make me smile and feel happy.

She has always been kind and helpful to me. When I miss school because I am unwell she comes to my place to share with me all that has been done at school. When she misses school I too help her with all that has been covered at school. We also play badminton together in the evenings.

My bedroom is the most comfortable place in my house. It becomes my favorite room since I lived in this house five years ago. Actually it is not too large, the width is just 4 x 4 meters, but it is clean enough. It looks like a small cottage with a bed placed in the corner of this room. The color of the bed cover is pink, so soft and calm. On this bed, there are a pillow, a bolster, and 15 cute dolls that always accompany me when I am sleeping. If you enter to my bedroom, you can see a table and a chair next to the bed as my place for study. You can feel the wind blowing from a big window that always make my room cosy and bright near the bed. You can also see a beautiful garden that is full of wonderful flowers from this window. It can change your bad mood to become more cheerful. At the opposite of the window, there is a large cupboard with Bali’s carving. The carving is so smooth and gorgeous. It looks like a carving in the great temple. If you see around my bedroom, you will find a colorful wall. It is combination of attractive colors like pink, violet and blue. The colors are mixed perfectly and it shows the girlie room. It is also completed with some artificial flowers near the window that decorate my room beautifully. I like to spend my time in this room. For me my bedroom is my little palace.

My school is ten kilometers away from my home, and I go by the school bus every morning. I love to go to school. I learn so many new things at school every day. There are many different subjects I study at school. I study languages like Sanskrit, Hindi and English, and other subjects like mathematics, science and social studies.

My school is very beautiful. There are nice, lush gardens with beautiful plants and trees. In spring time the blooming flowers are a spectacle. My school has a well equipped library, and I enjoy reading books. There are also computers in the school for our use.

I love my school and my teachers. My teachers are very caring. They teach us with a great deal of patience, and they want us to become good and responsible human beings. I want to make my school and my teachers proud of me.

Last but not least, reading books is a also a form of entertainment. I have a bestfiend and also a neighborhood whoes name is Tuan. His age is the same as mine but he looks older than me. Because he’s very tall and thin, everybody calls him “a palm”. Tuan has a short curly hair and beautiful chestnut brown eyes that appeal of many girls. He is a person of very few words that makes him to be a good listener. Anyone, who has ever contacted with Tuan, thinks about him as a glacial boy. In fact he’s really warm and nice. He’s willing to help people whenever possible. When I was in secondary school, I found Math was very difficult to understand but Tuan solved the Math problems so fast. He spent all seven nights of weeks to help me in Math while he could go out to relax. Tuan was a good all-rounder exception English. Most of the teachers in school and parents highly appreaciated his talent. Only a month ago, he received two full scholarships from America Government to study oversea but he has not yet decided whether he should go or not. Although he has not spent much time to take part in sport activities, he is a well football player. We were in Ha Noi Young Football Team when we were in grade 10. Everything seems perfect to my bestfriend but he’s very modest and always talks to himself to give more effort. I’m proud of Tuan and pray for the good things beside him forever.

I want to tell you about my best friend, her name is Hieu. We were classmate during our five years at Le Van Tam primary school.

Hieu is tall but slim. She has long black hair and big bright eyes make i feel she is so beautiful and attract me. That thing makes she very good-looking. I and Hieu had many things in common, especially is our hobbies. We to read books, listen to music, see film and walk in the park together.

She has a kind heart and cheerful with everyone, Hieu outgoing with any hard students so everyone loves her a lot. She is very cautions in working or studying, so any test, she is always at the top. Hieu is good at every subject but she never complacent, opposite Hieu always tries to learn harder.She is my real friend.

We share together about family. Hieu is expansive so she shares with me everything about her family. Hieu's family is not rich. Her father is a welder, her mother is a housewife but she is a good student so her parents to be proud of her.

Thật vậy, đi bộ là một môn thể thao mang lại rất nhiều lợi ích cho con người. Khi đi bộ, ta hoàn toàn được tự do, tuỳ theo ‎ thích của mình, không hề bị lệ thuộc vào bất cứ ai, bất cứ cái gì. Đặc biệt, đi bộ còn giúp ta có cảm giác khoan khoái, hài lòng với tất cả, không còn thấy buồn bã, cáu kỉnh. Sau mỗi lần đi bộ, ta ăn cảm thấy ngon miệng hơn, ngủ ngon hơn và sâu giấc hơn. Bên cạnh đó, đi bộ không gây tốn kém lại rất dễ thực hiện, thế nên mọi lứa tuổi đều có thể dễ dàng tham gia môn thể thao này. Cũng chính vì vậy, mặc dù ngày nay có rất nhiều môn thể thao mới xuất hiện, hay và hấp dẫn nhưng đi bộ vẫn được mọi người lựa chọn và yêu thích nhất.

Đi bộ với những lợi ích kể trên thì không ai trong chúng ta có thể phủ nhận đi bộ rất có lợi đối với đời sống sức khoẻ , tinh thần của con người. Ru-xô quả là một thiên tài của nước Pháp, ông đã hiểu được cái lợi, cái tốt sẽ có được từ việc đi bộ cách đây hàng trăm năm. Qua bài “Đi bộ ngao du”, em đã hiểu được thêm rằng đi bộ là rất có ích đối với con người. Nó làm cho đời sống sức khoẻ cũng như đời sống tinh thần mỗi người được cải thiện.
