They've come up with numerable patents of "over unity" contraptions, supposed giving out more energy than you put in to get them going. The story is fascinating and rarely heavy-going, although the quotes can be overlong and the diagrams are adequately displayed. Tutt admits that only a fraction of what is claimed is true. But it's also true to say we cannot afford to dismiss them out of hand, as one of these conforming investigators may just be able to save our planet from climate change.
