\(-M=x^2-4x+5\)

\(-M=x^2-2\cdot2\cdot x+2^2+1\)

\(-M=\left(x-2\right)^2+1\)

\(\left(x-2\right)^2\ge0\Rightarrow\left(x-2\right)^2+1\ge1\)

\(\Rightarrow-M\ge1\)

\(\Rightarrow M\le1\)

dấu "=" xảy ra khi : 

\(\left(x-2\right)^2=0\Rightarrow x-2=0\Rightarrow x=2\)
