$=\dfrac{(x+2)(x-1)-2(x^2+x+1)+2(x^2+2)}{(x-1)(x^2+x+1)}$

$=\dfrac{x-2}{(x-1)(x^2+x+1)}$

$=\dfrac{x-2}{x^3-1}$

$M=\dfrac1{3x-2}-\dfrac4{3x+2}-\dfrac{3x-6}{4-9x^2}$

$=3(a+3)$

Vậy $Q=3(a+3)$

$N=\dfrac{x-1}{x+1}+\dfrac{x+1}{x-1}+\dfrac4{1-x^2}$

$=\dfrac{(x-1)^2+(x+1)^2-4}{(x-1)(x+1)}$

$=\dfrac{x^2-2x+1+x^2+2x+1-4}{x^2-1}$

$=\dfrac{2x^2-2}{x^2-1}$

$=\dfrac{2(x^2-1)}{x^2-1}$

$=2$

Vậy $N=2$

$K=\left(\dfrac3{x^2-1}+\dfrac1{x+1}\right):\dfrac1{x+1}$

$=\left(\dfrac3{(x-1)(x+1)}+\dfrac1{x+1}\right)(x+1)$

$=\dfrac{3+x-1}{x-1}$

$=\dfrac{x+2}{x-1}$
